Grant Davidson is closely involved in the sourcing of new investments, portfolio company strategy and development and add-on acquisition sourcing and implementation.
He has recently worked on the buyout of SPI and the exit of Clinovia.
Other transactions he has been involved with include the acquisitions of VELO and Clinovia, the exit of Southern Cross and Asquith Schools and the refinancing of Coperion.
Before joining Lyceum in 2003, Grant worked in international mergers and acquisitions for Société Générale in London, where he specialised in support services, financial services, transport and logistics.
Grant graduated from the University of Bristol with a degree in Applied Mathematics and French, and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PwC.
