Mr. Thompson joined Riverside in 2008 from St. Charles Capital in Denver where he was a Senior Analyst.
While at St. Charles, Mr. Thompson supported M&A transaction execution; developed valuation and other analyses; offered financial and strategic advice to clients; prepared presentation and offering materials; and managed the due diligence process.
Mr. Thompson graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in finance and a minor in accounting from the University of Denver.
