Prior to joining SSgA in 2001, Mr. Gianatasio was with FleetBoston Robertson Stephens, Inc. in the company's Asset Securitization Group where he structured CDO, credit card, container lease, and future flow transactions.
Before that, he was a senior asset-backed and future flow analyst at Fitch, Inc.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Bentley College and an MBA from the F.W.
Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College.
He has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation, and is a member of both the Boston Security Analysts' Society and CFA Institute.
