Prior to joining GEAM in 2000, Mr. Gould helped manage a $6 billion portfolio of CMBS for Metropolitan Life Insurance Company.
He also has several years of experience in managing real estate assets for JMB Retail Properties and others.
Mr. Gould received his Masters in Business Administration from Loyola University in Chicago and his Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University.
He has also taken continuing MBA courses at the Kellogg School of Management.
