Mr. Novinski is an Operating Partner on the Healthcare team, having joined WCAS in 2013.
Mr. Novinski works with portfolio companies to define and execute effective reimbursement strategies and risk-based arrangements with commercial and governmental payors.
He works directly with portfolio company executives on both strategic and tactical plans to optimize reimbursement rates and on operational diligence for new investments.
Prior to joining WCAS, Mr. Novinski was with UnitedHealth Group for almost 20 years serving in a number of leadership roles.
