Samantha is the Director of Finance on the Cloverlay team.
Prior to joining Cloverlay, Samantha was a Controller for Rubenstein Partners, where she oversaw the accounting and financial reporting for their debt investment platform.
Prior to Rubenstein, Samantha served as an Assistant Controller responsible for various funds at Monarch Alternative Capital, a global investment firm focused on opportunistic credit and distressed investing.
Prior to Monarch, Samantha was an Associate in the assurance practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers working with hedge fund and private equity clients.
