Mr. Schaefer joined ACM in April 2004.
Most recently, he held the position of Senior Vice President of Refco LLC's Regulated Institutional Management desk for futures trading and spent 13 years with the company.
Prior to that, he spent 4 years each with both Kidder Peabody Inc. and Smith Barney Inc. with management roles in institutional equity research sales and trading as well as block equity trading.
He also serves as Compliance Officer and directs the Institutional Marketing effort for ACM's Long/Short platforms.
Mr. Schaefer holds a BA from Colgate University.
