Deborah Biondolillo is a Senior Advisor with ACP focused on maximizing Human Capital.
Ms. Biondolillo has had over 25 years of organization development and strategic human resources experience in various sectors and has joined the ACP team to bring her expertise in Human Resources strategy and Organization Development to the firm and to its portfolio.
Prior to establishing her own consulting practice, Insite Consulting, to advise companies on strategic HR matters, Deborah spent 10 years at Apple Computer as Vice President of Human Resources.
In the early days of Apple, Deborah was part of building a highly successful sales & marketing organization that enabled Apple’s explosive growth.
Following her time with Apple, Deborah worked in various Executive HR roles at companies like Intuit, Hyperion, and GO Corporation.
She began her career in the semiconductor industry with positions with Electronic Arrays and Intel.
Deborah has had responsibility for all aspects of the Human Resource function worldwide.
Deborah has held board positions with Santa Clara University, Leadership California and California Association of Student Councils.
A graduate of the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education.
She has also completed the Advanced Human Resources and Organization Development program at Columbia University.
