Mr. David N.
Bradford is Global Chief Risk & Investment Officer at Prudential Real Estate Investors (PREI).
His primary responsibilities include overseeing the firm's investment processes, monitoring risk within and across the firm's investment portfolios and leading the development of the firm's emerging investment strategies.
Mr. Bradford re-joined the US office of PREI in 2009 from the firm's Europe office.
He initially joined PREI in November 1995 as Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager for one of the firm's flagship equity real estate portfolios as well as three smaller accounts.
Prior to joining PREI, Mr. Bradford was a Senior Vice President in Portfolio Management at Equitable Real Estate.
His 13-year tenure at Equitable included positions in pension investment marketing across all asset classes, real estate product management and fund management.
Mr. Bradford earned a B.S.
from Brockport College in 1974 and an M.B.A. from Harvard University in 1982.
In the intervening years, he served as an officer in the United States Navy.
