Mr. Paredes is the President of Endurance Investment Management, LLC.
He is responsible for sales, marketing and product development.
He began his career at the Chicago Board of Trade as an Economic Analyst in 1987.
He moved to American National Bank and Trust Company of Chicago in 1989 as a senior Tax Analyst advising the Investment Management Operations Department on the tax consequence of corporate reorganizations.
He then was promoted to Corporate Analyst in the Finance Division of JPMorgan Chase (formerly Bank One) in 1991.
His responsibility included analyzing the profitability of the bank's institutional investment management subsidiary, ANB Investment Management (ANB).
He then moved to ANB in 1993 as Marketing Manager.
He was responsible for marketing production and creating relationships with the consultant community.
In 1998, ANB was sold to Northern Trust and the subsidiary was renamed Northern Trust Quantitative Advisors.
He was promoted to Vice President of Sales.
In 2001, he moved to Principal Financial Group to head up their Taft-Hartley new sales effort concentrating on product development and consultant relations.
In December 2004, he left Principal Financial to start ENDURANCE Investment Management.
Mr. Parede has a BS in Finance from Northern Illinois University, DeKalb, IL 1987.
NASD Series 6, 63 & 65 licenses.
He is a trustee for an Illinois municipal police pension plan.
