Mr. Daniel Fetters is a Managing Partner & Co-Chief Investment Officer at K&F Growth Capital LLC.

He was a Managing Director in Morgan Stanley’s Mergers and Acquisitions Group and served as the Head of Western Region M&A.
Over a two-decade career at Morgan Stanley, Mr. Fetters led complex strategic transactions around the globe including cross-border mergers in North America, Europe and Asia.
His diverse experience includes advising domestic and international companies and Boards of Directors on a broad range of public and private M&A transactions.
He received a B.S.
in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
