Mr. Grider joined A.E.
Staley in 1973 as a Management Trainee.
During his time with the Company he has held various management positions covering Purchasing, Industrial Products Sales and Refined Oil Marketing.
He has an extensive background in sales, including Eastern Regional Manager, Director of Starch Sales and Director of Sales Administration.
He was a Director of Starch Planning and Dry Warehousing and Director KRYSTAR Sales and Marketing.
As Vice President Food Products, he was responsible for sales and marketing of Staley's food starch products and KRYSTAR crystalline fructose.
He became President A.E.
Staley and Tate & Lyle Citric Acid in April 2000.
