Ms. Cynthia M.
Deysher is the President of Deysher Advisory Services.
She served as the vice president of operations and chief financial officer for ArrowPoint Communications from December 1997 to January 2001.
Prior to ArrowPoint, Ms. Deysher was chief financial officer and senior vice president of finance and administration at Shiva Corp., where she orchestrated Shiva's IPO, as well as financial activities for mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to Shiva, she served as CFO and corporate vice president of finance, administration and manufacturing at Bytex Corporation.
She also held various senior finance and administration management positions at Prime Computer and Arthur Young and Company.
Ms. Deysher serves on several boards, including Bentley College, Empirix Corporation and Emerson Hospital Health Care Foundation.
She is the Co-Chair of the Council of Parishes.
She serves on several committees and councils at the University of Rhode Island, including the Presidents Council.
Ms. Deysher holds a master's degree in finance from Bentley College, a bachelor's degree in business administration, majoring in accounting, from the University of Rhode Island and is a certified public accountant.
