Prior to HEI, Mr. Flagg represented national hotel brand in their sourcing, selection, and purchasing of vacant land throughout the Pacific Northwest, and he executively managed the acquisition and development efforts of Ocean Park Hotels to expand portfolio from 5 to 20 hotels.
