Profil
Mr. Chin Kiong Goh is a Chief Investment Officer & Head of Global Investments & Portfolio Strategy for Real Estate at GIC Pte Ltd. He is on the Board of Directors at DCA Group Ltd. He is concurrently Head of Global Investment & Portfolio Strategy for RE.
This group drives deal under-writing, investment strategy, and overall RE portfolio monitoring.
He is also co-Head for RE, Asia Ex-China, looking after RE investments in these regions.
Prior to joining GIC in 2008, Mr. Goh worked at the Ministry of Health, overseeing healthcare financing, and the Ministry of Trade and Industry, overseeing industrial land and energy markets.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from UC Berkeley.
He also holds a Master of Arts in Political Science from Stanford University.
