Mr. Charley J.
Vranian is Operating Partner at Huron Capital Partners LLC.
Mr. Vranian served Herman Miller for 26 years in various management and leadership positions, most recently as Executive Vice President, North American Emerging Markets from September 2004 until his retirement in August of 2008.
In this role, he had executive leadership responsibility for Herman Miller for Healthcare, Herman Miller for the Home, and Geiger International.
Prior to his Emerging Markets position, he served as Senior Vice President of Design Development and Product Management.
Mr. Vranian formed Vranian Business Development, LLC in June of 2009, and is providing product and market development consulting to office furniture manufacturers.
He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Olon Industries and the Eliason Corporation.
Before joining Herman Miller, he worked for Ford Motor Company with a focus on finance, product development, and marketing.
Mr. Vranian holds an undergraduate degree from Michigan State University and attended graduate school at Wayne State University.
