Mr. Charles Steel is Partner at Ares Private Equity Group and serves as a member of the group's U.S.
Investment Committee.
He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Farrow & Ball, Ltd. and London Square, Ltd. He also serves on the Council of Governors of the Chelsea & Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
Mr. Steel was previously employed at The Carlyle Group from 2001 to 2010, where he focused on European leveraged buyout transactions and as an Analyst at Goldman Sachs from 1998 to 2001.
Mr. Steel holds an M.A. (Hons) from Cambridge University in History.
