Prior to joining Wafra in 2002, Ms. Kuoch was a senior asset manager for Lazard Freres' $2.5 billion principal investments in real estate companies and securities.
Ms. Kuoch and the management team were responsible for providing strategic alternative solutions that maximized the investment objectives and long term value of the managed investments.
Ms. Kuoch evaluated asset dispositions and acquisitions and developed and prepared annual investment business plans and quarterly reports for institutional and private investors.
Prior to Lazard Freres, Ms. Kuoch was an investment banker in Deutsche Bank's Real Estate Investment Banking group.
Ms. Kuoch and the transaction team advised real estate companies on joint ventures, M&A and divestitures, as well as originated loan acquisitions, portfolio refinancing, and development and mezzanine financings.
Ms. Kuoch holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
