Profil

Prior to joining MTS Health Partners in July 2002, Ms. Cusack was a Vice President in the Principal Investment Area ("PIA") of Goldman, Sachs & Co., a global private equity fund with over $10 billion in investments under management.
While in PIA, Ms. Cusack identified and executed new investment opportunities and actively monitored existing fund investments across a variety of industries.
From 1997 to 2000, Ms. Cusack was an associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group within the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs, where she executed a number of strategic advisory assignments, including sales of public and private companies, divestitures, acquisitions, fairness opinions and hostile defense.
Prior to graduate school, Ms. Cusack worked as a litigation and corporate recovery consultant for Price Waterhouse and A.T.
Kearney and engaged in a number of entrepreneurial endeavors.
Ms. Cusack received her Masters of Business Administration with concentrations in finance and business strategy from the University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business in 1997; she received her Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Studies from Princeton University in 1988.
