In the early 1990s, he worked in the Bankruptcy Support and Valuation departments at Price Waterhouse, where he advised debtors and creditors in bankruptcy restructurings.
Mr. Goldsmith received a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D.
from UCLA Law School.
