Mr. Kutzera joined GW Capital in 2007 after working for Safeco Insurance Co. in Seattle as an Equity Analyst and Portfolio Manager for 14 years.
His responsibilities included co-management of Safeco’s $1.5 billion equity portfolio and providing investment research on a variety of industry groups.
Mr. Kutzera began his investment career with Unigard Insurance where he focused on cash management and short term investments.
Mr. Kutzera continued his career in the Trust Department and Commercial Lending areas of Security Pacific Bank (now part of Bank of America).
He received his B.A from the University of Washington and his M.B.A. from Indiana University.
Mr. Kutzera is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the CFA Society of Seattle.
