Prior to joining Chartwell, Mr. Ward was Executive Director of Institutional Consulting at UBS Financial Services from 2006 to June 2007.
From 1995 to 2006, he was employed by Smith Barney Consulting Group as a Senior Vice President and Divisional Sales Director where he was responsible for sales and training support for over 3,000 financial advisors.
Mr. Ward earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and an MBA from the University of Delaware.
He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Philadelphia.
He also holds the CIMA designation.
