Prior to joining Brown Advisory, Mr. Dettmann was the President and CEO of Caledonia Capital Partners, LLC, a merchant bank focused on advising and investing in middle market companies.
Prior to his time at Caledonia, he was a Managing Director and Head of the Chicago office for Morgan Joseph & Co. Inc. where he focused on advising clients on private financings, public debt and equity offerings, and merger and acquisition transactions.
