Mr. Bob Villeneuve is Vice President-Asset Management at Bentall Kennedy.
He was most recently with Sunrise Senior Living as a Vice President of Capital Management as a portfolio manager working with several key capital partners-AEW/CalPERS, Investcorp, Carlyle and the Sunrise REIT-for investment portfolios of over 120 senior-living communities in the U.S.
and Canada valued at over $2.3 billion.
Previously, he was a Vice President/Managing Director at Riggs & Co. He also became a Vice President at Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers in Atlanta, Georgia as an Asset Manager for a Mid-Atlantic and Southeast portfolio of investment-grade assets, and was an Associate Director with MassMutual Life in Washington, D.C.
