Wolfgang Bauer looks back to seven years of successful presence on the Polish Capital Market.
having established CAIB Investment Bank in Poland in 1993 and having been its CEO until the end of 2000 he was able to accumulate substantial market knowledge and transaction eperience in the country.
Wolfgang Bauer has more than 20 years of experience as manager, board member and CEO in international investment banking.
From 1992 he was a member of the Managing Board of Creditanstalt Investment Bank CAIB. In 1993, he established CAIB Poland and developed it to become the local market leader.
During his assignment, which lasted until the end of 2000, CAIB grew into a concern of five business units covering Brokerage, Corporate Finance, M&A, Portfolio Management, Investment Funds and NFI Management.
Mr. Bauer studied business administration at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration and subsequently graduated from the Vienna Diplomatic Academy.
