During his legal career, he was with the international law firm Baker & McKenzie, New York law firms Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy and Davis & Pfahl.
Mr. LaMascolo holds B.S.
degrees in Finance and Economics and an MBA degree from Virginia Tech and a J.D.
degree from The Harvard Law School.
