Mr. André-Joël Motte is a Senior Partner.
Mr. Motte joined Banque Paribas in 1971 and joined PAI partners in 1975.
In the late 70s, he participated in the development of the M&A business in conjunction with the investment activity.
In the mid 80s, he created the capital development business.
Between 1991 and 2001, he was responsible for PAI partners' investments in Mechanical Industries (mainly mechanical engineering, automotive equipment and packaging) and in Distribution and Services and from 2001 to 2005 headed the General Industrials Group.
Mr. Motte has been involved in a large number of transactions including Michel Thierry, Carreman, Frans Bonhomme, Mivisa, Compagnie Européenne de Prévoyance, FTE and Global Closure Systems.
He graduated from Institut d'Etudes Politiques (IEP 1970) and holds a Masters Degree in Economics and Science.
He speaks French (native), English (fluent) and German (basic).
