Alfonso is a Partner of Magnesium Capital.
Before joining Magnesium, he spent 9 years at the leading wind energy company Vestas Wind Systems where he held a number of positions in finance, operations and business development.
In addition to overseeing a number of transactions with aggregate generation capacity > 1.5GWs, he oversaw a new ventures and innovation team tasked with establishing technology and commercial partnerships globally.
He brings extensive industry and investment experience.
Since joining Magnesium Capital in 2017, Alfonso focuses on origination and execution of investments as well as working closely with our portfolio companies on value creation.
He currently sits on the board of SCADA International, Embriq and Rope Partner.
Alfonso has a B.Sc in Economics & Finance from Bentley University in the US, a Masters of International Business from EAE Business School in Spain and an MBA from INSEAD in France.
