In 2007 he has joined Carlyle Group as Director responsible for Central and Eastern European buyout invstments.
Earlier he has spent 4 years as an Investment Director at Enterprise Investors where he has worked on 4 investments, 3 of which realized, in consumer durables, business outsourcing and healthcare.
Before moving to private equity he was consultant with McKinsey & Co. and investment banker with Merrill Lynch.
Earlier in his career he has co-founded a publishing house and worked for start-up trading company where he was CFO.
Mr. Kacprzyk holds MBA from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Masters Degree in Management from University of Minnesota and Masters in Finance and Banking from Warsaw School of Economics.
