Alan Wong

Mr. Alan Wong, CFA, is a Director of Real Estate-Asia Pacific at Nuveen Hong Kong Ltd. He is the assistant real estate manager for Nuveen Real Estate’s Asia Pacific region.
He is responsible for assisting formulating and executing the investment strategy and monitoring overall performance of the assets, including day-to-day operations, acquisition analysis, asset management, client and reporting-related matters.
Mr. Wong joined Nuveen in 2018 from Invesco Real Estate, where he was a fund analyst.
Prior to joining Invesco Real Estate, he was a senior analyst in a Hong Kong listed property developer focusing in corporate finance and was responsible for negotiating, origination, and execution of equity and debt transactions in Hong Kong.
He graduated with a bachelor’s of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Hong Kong and a master’s in Finance from the London Business School.
He holds the CFA designation and is a member of the Hong Kong Society of Financial Analysts.
