Description de l'Activité: Investment AB Latour

Investment AB Latour est une société dont le siège social est situé en Suède. L'objet social de la société consiste à acquérir et à gérer des actions et d'autres biens mobiliers. Ses activités s'articulent autour de deux pôles d'activité. L'un regroupe les activités industrielles et commerciales détenues à 100 %, tandis que l'autre constitue un portefeuille de participations cotées en bourse. Ses activités industrielles et commerciales sont organisées en quatre divisions : Hultafors Group, Latour Industries, Specma Group et Swegon. Le portefeuille d’investissement de la société comprend Assa Abloy, Fagerhult, HMS Networks, Loomis, Nederman, Nobia, Securitas, Sweco et Tomra. Les activités de la société sont gérées par ses deux filiales détenues à 100 %, Nordiska Industri AB et Latour-Gruppen AB ; les opérations sur actions et titres sont assurées par Karpalunds Angbryggeri AB, tandis que la gestion des titres est assurée par la filiale détenue à 100 %, Saki Forvaltning AB.
