Le Bosakitug (ATI-045) est un anticorps monoclonal humanisé anti-lymphopoïétine stromale thymique (TSLP) novateur, en cours d’étude, qui se lie spécifiquement à la TSLP humaine, bloquant ainsi son interaction avec le complexe récepteur et étant disruptif pour la transduction du signal. Son autre produit candidat en cours d’étude est le Lepzacitinib (ATI-1777).
