Mr. Teng has twelve years of experience in the banking and private investment sector.
While at CDIB & Partners, he was responsible for investment opportunities in optoelectronic, semiconductor, and electronics industries in Taiwan, Korea, and the U.S.— He also made a hit in investing in KEBCS, a Korean- based credit card company which was severely undervalued in the wake of the Asian finanual crisis, and resulted in a US$30 million profit.
Mr. Teng has an MSME degree from National Chiao Tung University and a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from National Taiwan University, as well as an MBA degree from the University of Southern California.
