Kazmi is Chief Executive Officer at First Capital Investments Ltd.
He did his MBA & worked as Head of Capital Market Operations in Islamic Investment Bank Limited, Karachi.
Prior to CEO of FCIL, he was heading the Treasury Department in First Capital group.
He has wide experience of domestic and regional stock markets with relation to its related management, trading, settlement operations, investments & disinvestments decision, and the management of portfolio.
He has experience of effectively managing mutual funds by applying the quantitative techniques and analysis of financial market data (equity & money market), results in investing funds with diversification in blue chips, high yield securities, fixed income securities, bonds and REPO deals.
Since 1999 to 2008, he has also been managing the portfolio of the group companies, wherein he showed the superior performance & contributed in the bottom line of the companies.
Besides, he has wide experience of looking after the internal controls & accounting systems, including the preparation of annual, half yearly & quarterly financial statements.
In addition, he has been serving as Board Member & company secretary in group companies for more than 5 years, which shows his capability to deal the matters of the board & management efficiently.
