Mr. Serik Kandykbayev joined IFK in April 2009.
Before starting to work in the Fund he was Executive director of “Kazakh Institute of oil and gas” JSC.
In 2004-2006 ha was a Vice-President, deputy director of the branch of “Alfa Bank” JSC in Astana.
In 2002-2004 he held position of General director of “Randi Foods” LLP.
In 2001-2002 he worked in “Serebryanskiy plant of inorganic productions”, JSC.
Between 1996 and 2001 he held various positions in “TuranAlem Bank” JSC, “Kazaeronavigation” JSC, “Air Kazakhstan” JSC, “Kazkommercebank” JSC.
Serik Kandykbayev graduated from Karaganda metallurgical institute, major: engineer-economist.
He is studying in the Academy of national economy under the Government of Russian federation, post-graduate curse of Tomsk polytechnic university.
