Prior to joining Roumell Asset Management in 2010, Mr. Sherman was an Equity Analyst with MKM Partners LLC from 2007 until 2009.
While with MKM, he focused on analysis of software companies.
Prior to joining MKM Partners, Mr. Sherman managed the institutional equity sales organization, was a corporate officer and was a technology research analyst with Janney Montgomery Scott from 1999 until 2006.
Prior to that, he was a Technology Research Analyst with Pennsylvania Merchant Group LLC from 1996 until 1999.
Prior to beginning in his career as an investment analyst, Mr. Sherman worked in the cable and satellite communications industries and served as a Naval Intelligence officer.
Mr. Sherman holds an MBA from Georgetown University, where he was a Master Scholar.
He also holds a BA in Economics and International Relations from Lehigh University.
