Prior to joining the company, Nilou worked at a biotechnology start-up company, and also spent four years at pharmaceutical company Eli Lilly Canada where she focused on developing health economic strategies for Lilly's new product portfolio.
Nilou is a licensed pharmacist and holds a BSc Pharmacy degree from the University of Alberta and an MBA from the University of Toronto's Joseph L.
Rotman School of Management.
