Mohamed Jalali

Mohamed Jalali joined CDGInvest and the Nama Holding fund in March 2020 as Senior Investment Director.
He began his career in Paris at Lehman Brothers and HSBC as a sales analyst on structured products.
In 2009, he joined H2dev, an investment bank based in Casablanca.
He has worked on acquisition and disposal mandates on behalf of major Moroccan and international groups.
From 2013, Mohamed will successively hold the positions of modeling manager and CFO of the Zalar Holding group.
During this period, he notably structured high balance sheet transactions for an amount exceeding one billion dirhams (on the debt and capital markets).
Mohamed JALALI holds a Master's degree in finance and strategy from Toulouse Business School.
