Mr. Mike Zhang, CFA, is Derivatives Analyst at Perennial Investment Partners Ltd. Mr. Zhang joined Perennial in 2013 with more than 5 years of experience in the finance industry.
He worked in Pengana Asian Equities Fund as trader/technical analyst, contributing to the investment process in selecting the entry/exit points of a position, as well as designing portfolio hedging strategies using options/futures.
He also worked in Pengana Australian Market Neutral Fund, responsible for assisting portfolio management and researching new alpha strategies.
Prior to Pengana, he worked in Atlantic Trading Asia as options market maker on Nikkei/Hang Seng index options desk.
He began his career in UBS, where he was responsible for integrating and distributing UBS equities trading system across the Asia-Pacific region.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce/ Bachelor of Computer Engineering (Honors) from the University of Melbourne and a Master of Science in Operations Research from Columbia University, New York.
