Prior to founding MB Global Partners in 2010, Ms. Boyazny was a Portfolio Manager and Managing Director at Siguler Guff & Co. Prior to her private equity career which started in 1997, she was a member of the Investment Banking Division of Smith Barney Inc., where she specialized in providing merger & acquisition and other corporate finance services to financial institutions.
Ms. Boyazny graduated with a degree in Economics, with a concentration in Finance and minor in Mathematics, from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
She received her M.B.A. from Columbia University.
