After assisting with multiple large-scale bank acquisitions at National City, she worked for four years as an investment banker in New York City, with both Deutsche Bank and Bear Stearns & Co. As an investment banker, she assisted numerous depository institutions with public and private capital raises, as well as M&A transactions.
Ms. Lynch subsequently spent four years assisting private equity firms with community and regional bank investments, overseeing transaction diligence and modeling, and assisting with transaction structuring and execution.
Prior to joining Patriot Financial Partners, she served as Director of U.S.
Bank Investments at Lone Star U.S.
Acquisitions.
Ms. Lynch graduated summa cum laude from John Carroll University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Classics.
She received an M.B.A., with a concentration in Finance, from The Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University.
