Ms. Miller joined Capricorn Management in 2005.
She comes to Capricorn from San Jose State University, where she taught English in its Studies in American Language (SAL) program.
Prior to that, she served as a Senior Corporate Paralegal at Venture Law Group (now Heller Ehrman Venture Law Group).
She started her paralegal career in the mergers and acquisitions group at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison’s Silicon Valley office.
Ms. Miller holds an M.A. in TESOL from San Jose State University, a postgraduate paralegal certificate from Santa Clara University, and a B.A., cum laude, from the University of California, Davis.
