The National Association for Community College Entrepreneurship (NACCE) offers the Community Navigator Pilot Program (CNPP) to help businesses recover, grow, or start. The non-profit company is based in Springfield, MA. The program is partially funded through a grant with the Small Business Administration. NACCE has partnered with Syracuse University's D'Aniello Institute for Veterans and Military Families' (IVMF) CNPP partner network to provide free services to the military and veteran community through their network of community colleges. Rebecca Corbin has been the CEO of the company since 2015.
