As FP&A Manager at Founders, Faye is responsible for providing value added BI reporting on the Founders’ portfolio companies as well as assisting the portfolio CFO with ad hoc projects.
Founders is a family firm that combines 30 years’ private equity experience in over 80 companies with deep operating knowledge.
The firm invests its partners’ own capital and focuses on applying operating know-how in medium-sized food businesses, with a view to building thriving organizations over the long term.
Prior to joining Founders, Faye worked as a Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis with Aritzia, an innovative international women’s fashion retailer based in Vancouver, where she was responsible for performance reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and financial modelling.
She was the dedicated finance partner for the Marketing and Supply Chain departments and also gained experience in Corporate Finance.
Prior to that, Faye was a Manager in the Assurance practice at PwC London, UK, where she led FTSE 250 audits within the luxury retail and mining sectors.
Faye completed her CPA designation through the legacy CA program with PwC Vancouver in 2015.
She received her Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia in 2012.
