Prior to joining Wand in 2007, Miss Schnitzer was a Vice President at Pegasus Blue Star Fund, a start-up private equity fund located in New York City, where she helped develop the framework and strategy for the fund and oversaw the evaluation and execution of transactions.
Ms. Schnitzer began her career in private equity as an Associate in the Aerospace & Defense Group at The Carlyle Group, a private equity firm headquartered in Washington, DC, evaluating potential investments and managing portfolio companies.
Prior to Carlyle, she worked in investment banking at Greenhill & Co. in New York, NY, focusing on advisory and restructuring assignments.
Eliza graduated magna cum laude from Colby College with a B.A. in Economics with a concentration in Financial Markets.
