Pepper, CFA, is Managing Director of Alternatives & Institutional at Old Mutual Global Investors (UK) Ltd.
Mr. Pepper started his career at Goldman Sachs in 1987 where he spent over 16 years in fixed income and prime brokerage.
He joined Merrill Lynch in 2003 as Managing Director of the European prime brokerage business, before taking up the position of Head of Alternatives at New Star Asset Management.
Following the acquisition of New Star, he held the position of Head of Hedge Funds at Henderson Global Investors until leaving to join TT International in 2010.
At TT International, he served as an Investment Director of Hedge Funds.
He holds a MA from the University of Oxford, where he read Philosophy, Politics and Economics, at The Queen’s College.
