Mr. Struve received a B.S.
in History from the United States Military Academy at West Point in May 1992 and a M.B.A.
in Finance and Corporate Strategy from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan in May 1999.
While at Fitch Ratings, Mr. Struve was routinely quoted in major publications such as The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and Fortune magazine.
