Carl Ravinsky

Prior to joining Northern Precious Metals, Mr. Ravinsky has served on the boards of several resource companies.
He is a member of the Bar of the Province of Quebec in 1976, Alberta in 1980 and Ontario in 1986.
His practice has focused on taxation, mergers and acquisitions, securities and natural resource financing.
Mr. Ravinsky has lectured on legal issues at McGill University, continuing Education and Taxation in its Department of Career and Management Studies and Graduate Administrative Studies.
He has written on a number of corporate and securities law issues.
He is also a member of the Canadian Bar Association, American Bar Association and International Bar Association (Section on Energy and Resource Law).
He was born in Montreal.
Mr. Ravinsky earned a B.A. in political science in 1971, a B.C.L.
in 1974 and an L.L.B. in 1975 at McGill University.
