Bruce A. McFadden has been Vice President of Corporate Development for Cascade Microtech, Inc. since January 2007.
He had served as Vice President and General Manager for the Pyramid Probe Division of Cascade Microtech since June 2004 and as President and Chief Operating Officer from December 1996 to June 2004.
Previously, Mr. McFadden was Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of Barrett Enclosures, Inc. from 1994 to 1996, Vice President of Graco, Inc. from 1986 to 1992 and Managing Director of European Silicones Operation for General Electric from 1980 to 1986.
From 1992 to 1996, he was a Management Consultant for several high technology companies, including Cascade Microtech and AT&T Microelectronics.
Prior to joining General Electric, Mr. McFadden worked as a Consultant of Booz Allen & Co. and an Engineer of Exxon Corporation.
He received a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and an MS degree in Management from the Sloan School at Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
