Brock Ganeles

Mr. Brock A. Ganeles is President at Merriman Capital, Inc. and Head-Institutional Securities at Merriman Holdings, Inc. Prior to joining Merriman Capital in February 2003, he worked at Credit Suisse First Boston, where he served as a Director in the Institutional Sales Group focused on Technology products.
At CSFB, he covered both tier one and hedge accounts.
In addition, he managed the firms training program for institutional salespeople.
He had come to CSFB through the merger with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, where he spent nine months covering west coast institutions and hedge funds.
Prior to his bulge bracket experience at CSFB / DLJ, Mr. Ganeles was a partner at Volpe Brown Whelan & Co, a technology and healthcare boutique in San Francisco.
In his last year at Volpe.
Prior to Volpe, he was a partner at the Carson Group, an Investor Relations Consulting Firm based in New York City.
His first job out of college was as an assistant coach to the Rennselaer Polytechnic Institute Basketball team.
Mr. Ganeles holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Wesleyan, where he was captain of the basketball team.
He is still always in search of a good full-court run, playing basketball every chance he gets.
He enjoys spending time with his wife of two years, Valerie, a curator at Olana in Hudson.
